About the Role

We are seeking a purpose-driven Learning Content Manager with a track record of audience and content development.They will help boost the fulfillment and performance of progressive workplaces by creating compelling learning materials, including: training materials, marketing E-books, internal product copy, adult peer coaching guides and SaaS product emails. An ability to translate organization requirements into cohesive content copy and strategy is ideal. A background in education (adult learning) and technology would be useful in this exciting and challenging position.

Lastly- you have a passion for adult learning and an ability to scale a team of contract content writers.


What You Will Gain

Relationships: You will work directly with thought leader and CEO Aaron Hurst, alongside a smart and passionate team of people leading a movement to discover purpose at work.


Impact: You will create content that is leading the new purpose economy and helping organizations transform the employee experience. You will help lead the purpose movement at Imperative, and contribute to the larger purpose movement in society. You will help lead the development of the purpose community, as well as design and develop content and methodologies to grow your capacity as a way to further scale your impact.


Growth: You will learn how to work cross-departmentally and directly under the direction of our CEO/thought leader. Content is being used externally with 100's of purpose-driven organizations and thru LinkedIn, Keynotes, etc. You will become one of the top experts on purpose at work, and learn about the latest in the world of learning & development and fulfillment in the workplace.
