Front End Product Manager

About The Role
This is once-in-a-lifetime opportunity if you are someone who wants to make an impact on the future of work. We are seeking a front-end product manager, who has knowledge of, and is passionate about, business and design with a growth mindset. They will have SaaS and B2B experience, ideally within learning/social systems. They are up on the latest tools for product development, have amazing project management skills and know how to run Agile processes. Ideally this person would have experience in enterprise deployment, quarterly releases and getting user feedback. It is essential to have experience project managing releases and working collaboratively with cross-departmental functions, such as account managers and marketing, to ensure our end users continue to have a seamless experience.
We are seeking a purpose-driven Product Manager who is always curious about the latest tools & keeps up to date with industry knowledge. You are customer-centric, embed best practices and are a team player. You like to work in ambiguity and are highly organized. The Product Manager we see is a natural leader and up for the challenge of scaling a product within a start up environment. Our CEO and thought leader, Aaron Hurst, is involved in laying out the strategic direction of the organization. We need a Product Manager that is also strategic, using the organizational direction to develop product recommendations & a product roadmap to get us there. If you like the balance of managing both details and strategic planning, this is the right fit for you.
What You Will Gain
Relationships: You will work daily with smart & amazing team members across the organization, while building strong relationships with our remote tech team, based in Poland, all of whom are passionate about leading a moment to discover purpose at work.
Impact: You will be at the forefront of the purpose economy, helping scale a product and provide organization during a high-growth year. You will help lead the purpose movement at Imperative, and contribute to the larger purpose movement in society. You will help lead the development of the purpose community, as well as design and develop product as a way to further scale your impact.
Growth: You will help a product pivot smoothly and grow quickly with an amazing team both in office and remotely. You will become one of the top experts on purpose at work, and learn about the latest in the world of product development and fulfillment in the workplace.
You can measure continuous improvement based on user insights
You will partner with sales, marketing, and accounts on releases
You have strong project management skills with the ability to get shit done on short notice
You use the latest tools to measure and improve user experiences
You regularly track competition to inform the product roadmap
You are able to do requirements and mocks (strong design sense)
You can serve as a sales engineer
